When will my order ship?
We dispatch in 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Mon–Sat) usually ship the same business day. No dispatch on Sundays/public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Metro: 2–4 business days • Non-metro: 3–7 business days from dispatch. Tracking shared 12–24 hours after dispatch.
Which couriers do you use?
BlueDart (air where available/appropriate). Some pincodes go via Delhivery or DTDC.
Is shipping free?
Yes—Free Shipping Pan-India. No extra fees.
What’s your arrival protection?
Plants:7 days (transit damage/decline → replace/refund).
Seeds/Bulbs/Accessories:3 days (transit damage, wrong or missing → replace/refund).
Please include an unboxing video + photos and your Order ID.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations aren’t possible; please accept delivery and we’ll help under our Returns & Refunds / Replacement Policy.
Will my plant look exactly like the photo?
Not always. Plants are living and have natural variation in height, leaf count/colour, pot size and seasonal growth. Photos are representative. We pick a healthy plant within the listed size range. Minor cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect health aren’t defects.
Will my order ship in parts?
Sometimes, yes. To avoid delays, we may ship seeds first and live plants later (or split by availability/safety). You’ll receive separate tracking for each parcel, and there’s no extra shipping fee.
